PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We are pretty forgiving with our payment and cancellation policy.  

 

For public sessions, we will grant a full refund up to 24 hours before the event for any reason minus the Eventbrite booking fees.  Within 24 hours, if an emergency comes up, get in touch with us more than an hour before hand and we'll see what we can do. 

 

For private sessions, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.  Payment of the balance is due by direct deposit 48 hours before your event. If you cancel within the 48 hours, a $200 fee will be charged.
